Turning
Equipped with 11 NC Lathes, we are prepared to handle your turning needs. Up to 27″ Dia x 80″ Lg, our lathes can hold tolerances of +/- .00025.
Milling
With 4 Militronics NC Machining Centers and 3 Conventional Vertical Mills, our milling department can manage 3 & 4 axis geometry with ease.
Grinding
3 – Harig Surface Grinders fictured with Harig’s Ultra-Grind 5C-V units and motorized attachments. We hold tolerances of +/- .0001 on flat or round details, and a Landis OD Grinder for bigger parts.
Wire EDM
Our Mitsubishi MV-1200R Wire EDM can handle parts 15.5 x 11.5 x 8.5 tall. This machine can rough cut within +/- .001 or if a tighter tolerance is required we can add a skim cut and hold +/- .0002.
